Get WinRAR to UnRAR it (it's like a Zip file, but I don't think Winzip works with RARs; don't worry, WinRAR IS free, even if they try to trick you into paying), and then use Daemon Tools to "mount" the .CUE file, as was explained earlier in the topic.

You only need to set the system locale.  You don't need to set it back when not playing the game, as everything still functions normally. The only real difference is that non-Unicode programs (read: 90% of all programs designed for Windows) will be able to properly display Japanese text, as they weren't able to do so before. However, be prepared for slight weirdness, as some programs will display some characters wrong.  For example, every program I've used since changing my locale has displayed the '\' mark as a yen symbol.  Thus, folder paths look like this in most programs:

C:¥Games¥NURSE¥

Not really all that bad, just a bit annoying.

I Bittorrented the game, and it runs great, but I don't know Japanese and I have no idea how to maneuver once I get in game. Are there places I should be clicking? Is the dialogue offering options? It doesn't appear to be. There is a subtitle file along with the disk image in the rar, does this perhaps allow the words to be in English (and how would we install that)? Those who have played the game through, I would really appreciate a few pointers to get those of us who don't read Japanese started and on our way.

That's not a subtitle file, it's a CloneCD file that contains sub channel data for all tracks on the CD (in this case, it's just the one data track). As for playing, options only come up every so often, at the upper-left portion of the screen.  Just use trial and error.

Woo hoo!!!  I've beaten the game and unlocked all the images and sequences so I can view them on the CG menu without having to play the game!  I can just run the file and view all the game images at my leisure!

I'll get what CGs I can. Is there any way we can translate this? I only know words like "girl", "big boobs", "tits", "milk", you know, the words that matter. For a game with so much dialogue, it'd be nice if we could hack and translate it.

Is it all the CG files, or just the ones you completed by playing the game? I have to keep choosing alternate paths to unlock more stuff, and not reading Japanese makes it a pain. Is there a way to get the purple haired girl unlocked? I've done most of the others. Is there a master completeion storytree like you say to unlock everything?
