One page be in Ken Akamatsu's manga titled
"Negima! : Magister Negi Magi details...young magician tries to help in a contest that the person with the largest boobs gets the magician....he tries to help the one he is staying with by turning her chest into balloons which eventually blow up until they explode.....No nudity in this scene though...just see the swimsuit swelling outwards violently. All I can really find right now, but hey it's BE

That brings up an interseting question. Has anyone seen any other works featuring BE from the artist of 'In Deep', the manga where the young girl has her tits ballooned out by the naughty (and sexy) female doctor? Wish I knew the artist's name...

Ah ha! I found the site that had a bunch of links to it, it's a message board thread from March of this year. It's here, and they give several links that go to a few manga download sites. Hope you find some new ones.
