under the muscle placement doesn't seem to be as problematic with small implants, probably because the pec muscles don't have to be stretched as much.  If you want silicone gel implants, they are available, but far fewer doctors use them so far and they are not easily available in sizes above 600cc or so.  However the silicone gel implants will not feel the same as your liquid silicone implants, since the fluid is much more viscous.

I also had a saline implant deflate on me at one point - the replacement implant itself was free and the surgeon only charged me $1000 total for the OR and anesthesia.

OK Mel, now you are freaking me out!  I am a guy, which means I don't have baby's, and in general I am just not capable of such things as the pain level women seem to be able to take for granted.     When I read that my mind went into overdrive!

When a implants deflates, it is filled with salt water basicly, correct? So what happens to the water?  Does it sit in the boob till the doc removes, it, does the body absorb it or what?  

If it was left up to men instead of women, there would be no breast implants surgery at all and another baby would never be born! God I am constantly amazed at how brave women are!

The body reabsorbs the saline solution - over a period of 3 days or so the breast with the leaky saline implant bag will "deflate", and the girl makes frequent trips to the bathroom to get rid of the excess fluid !

If a silicone gel implant bag leaks, the gelled silicone can't be absorbed by the body and is viscous enough ("thick" like STP the engine oil additive) that it basically continues to sit in the breast until the doctor removes it.  The shape of the breast may change a little, but there is no "deflation".

If a silicone liquid implant bag leaks, however, the fluid
cannot be absorbed by the body - but it is "thin" (watery) enough that the silicone fluid can start moving around under the skin and can find its way outside of the breast area.  Surgical cleanup after a leaky liquid silicone implant bag is a real mess I am told, as it is difficult to find and remove all of the fluid.
