Yes - given the current exchange rate of the US$ versus the Thai Baht and the absence of outrageous malpractice insurance premiums in Thailand, a vacation in Bangkok plus a boob job can be had for about the same price as a boob job alone in major US cities.  

For someone already living in the far east, it's virtually a no-brainer.
