Every photo in this set of "Kim" looks as if it's been headswapped, but I don't think they have. I suspect it has something to do with how much more lighting the photographer directed onto her face... not super-evident in this particular photo (which I chose for profile purposes) but way over-the-top in others. It makes the photos LOOK like they've been headswapped, even though I don't think that's the case. I don't know anything else about this particular "Kim" ...she's not the same as any other Kims of my recollection.
