There are mod chips for the PS2, but I think one should wait to mod until their warrenty runs out (no sense killing free repairs for something that might not go over well).

Kasumi is probably one of the jiggliest (even thought I doubt that's even a word) and in the elevator with that school-girl uniform, things get even more risque.  However, one of Lei-Fang's victory stances has her hopping.  Tina's shreaded blouse and lingerie is of interest if you like busty blondes doing high impact activity in high-heels and lingerie.

My two favorite female characters are Kasumi and Lei-Fang.
Though my two personal favorite male characters are Ryu Hayabusa and Jahn Lee (they have some of the most spectacular crowd pleasing moves).

It's funny -- eye candy aside, I have always preferred playing female characters in fighting games.  In general, they're not as strong as the male characters, so they don't do as much damage.  They're usually faster, however, which seems to suit my playing style better (advanced button mashing!).

I'd have to say my all-time favorite DOA2 victory pose is in Story Mode when Lei-Fang fights Gen-Fu.  She bends at the waist and leans into the camera.  Spectacular, especially in her C8 latex dress (see attachment).

Actually, come to think of it, I tend to like the faster charcters as well, even if they aren't as strong.  It's not because of button mashing, but because they're hard to hit if since they're so fast (Chun-Li, Ling Xiao-Yu, Kasumi, Lei-Fang).  Though there is an exception to this, I like using Lei Wu-Long in the Tekken series—probably because I like watching Jackie Chan action movies (hey why not have humor in your martial arts movies?).

BTW, I think I noticed a DOA2 character selection correlation for myslef.  Aren't Kasumi & Hayabusa tag team matches and Lei-Fang & Jahn Lee tag team matches as well?

I just got back from my local shopping mall, and they had an Xbox set up arcade-style, where you could put in quarters to get time.  They had DOA3 there, with the new costumes, so I had a chance to spend a little time playing with the demo.  That said, I'd have to say the jiggle in D0A3 looks about the same to me as in D0A2:HC for the PS2.

On a related note, IGN.com reports a rumor that the upcoming Ninja Gaiden game for the PS2 may star Kasumi!

I think Kasumi's is more of a sailor girl outfit, whereas Ayane's is a school girl outfit. Either way, both result in lots of gratuitous panty shots - and is there a better kind? Every now and then I'll pair those two against each other in "watch" mode and leave it on the background.

If only Kasumi could be jigglier...

Or bigger - or both! Of course there are limits to what they can get away with on a mainstream game, so until there are 1 million BE fans, they won't be able to do a game with breast expanding, clothes ripping finishing moves...still I'm a patient type.

Well BCat, that wouldn't surprise me seeing that Ryu Hayabusa from DOA2 is the one from "Ninja Gaiden".  In fact his "Ninja Gaiden" outfit is available as an alternative costume in DOA2:HC.

BTW, I was thinking that if a guy from the US starred in a ninja game, it would be called "Ninja Gaijin" (not as if anyone here would get that joke -_-).


Actually both Kasumi's and Ayane's uniforms are schoolgirl uniforms.  Kasumi's is based on the ever so popular type that shows up in anime and manga.  Ayane's appears to be more of a Catholic schoolgirl type of uniform.

Tux, I remember reading on AkioKid's old web site that Kasumi actually got her start in some sort of dating sim game.  One of those types that are popular in Japan, but never get imported to the U.S.
