So I finally got to go out to the local Faire this weekend.  I missed the whole season, since my son decided to pop out of mom a month or so early.  But I was quite surprised at the amount of people there today and the amount of flesh/cleavage showing.

The first sighting of the day was the greatest but sadly I didn't get a pic of this girl.  She always had her back to me when I had the cam ready.  But to get an idea, she was a delightful, early 20 year old with long deep brunette hair that reached mid back.  She had on a pair of black pants that I really couldn't tell if they were leather or not but laced up the majority of the way of the legs.  They allowed the showing off of the shapely legs and ass.  Her ass was nice, round and matched the majority of her body.  She also had on a pair of feathered black angel wings that just added to the playful additude she displayed.  But the jaw dropping moment for me was the chest of course.  She had a deep cut blouse that displayed a load of cleavage and I swear she lacked a bra today.  She had to be easily a F+ cup on what I would guess a 36 to 38 torso.  They were in such wonderful shape too, a bit of sag but what can you really expect for a natural breast of that size.  When she would bend over you could see them shift within her blouse.  It was such a beautiful sight.

I had a sighting today that would make the ones that like the pregnant girls drool too.  She was a dark blonde with a cute face in her mid 20's.  I would guess she has never seen more than 130 lbs in her body before the pregnancy.  She was thin and still had a cute tight ass.  Then she would turn and you would see the profile.  Talk about having to pull the jaw back in and not just for a sexual look.  How this girl still stood is an amazement to me.  She was wear a pair of standard shorts, not the preg type with the extra panel.  She also wore a white tank top that just couldn't cut it.  It stopped just below the popping belly button.  I would guess her belly was 3 times the size around as any other part of her torso. Also just above the belly were two perky breasts that you could just tell they were ready to do their original purpose.  And the poor girl clearly was victim of the common issue of hard nipples while pregnant.

So onto to the woman in the pic attached, she was a woman in her mid 30's I would guess.  She was wearing a great little purple-blue tie off top and had more than enough to strain it.  It was clear this top was the only thing restraining these beauties.  She also was wearing a great little khaki skirt that revealed a decent pair of legs.  This one was difficult to snap as her SO was always hanging about.

So onto next sighting of the day that a pic was possible.  Sadly I could get the best angle on this lovely lass.  Granted the girl closer in the pic has quite a decent body herself, her friend was the target of my lens.  I would guess she was a blissful D cup.  This angle isn't the best to tell that but I did what I could.  And oh how did they jiggle and jaggle with all that metal on them.  The profile on this woman was again delightful on my eyes.  I wonder if her top have some sort of bra device built in.

The last woman I have pics of that actually look decent was a lot of woman.  She could easy be the amazon goddess that some love.  She was a tad taller than myself in her shoes that had at least 2 to 3 inches into them.  So I would guess she was 6 to 6'2 flatfooted.  It was quite easy to see she was a true redhead with body freckles and all, which was quite a sexy addition to this woman.  She was in grab, but wasn't in the traditional bodice just a bra from what I could tell and my goodness did they just jut right out.  That blouse that tried to the do the job of covering them failed quite of bit.  And to add for the lust of some, she was wearing the hip rolls on each hip to add the sense of even wider hips.

As far as I understand, it is not.  As I am the one that took the pictures and have the original files, I am the copyright holder of these pictures.  Thus I this post doesn't fall under the 1-1-1-1 rule. But I am sure a Mod or someone will correct me if I have a misunderstanding of copyright law.

I thought candids did fall under the 1-1-1-1 rule as a 1 image per 24 hour post.  But I may not be remembering correctly....

I'm fairly certain everything's okay under the latest rules.  But then, I could be wrong since I never have to worry about posting five pics at a time, as I own nothing whatsoever; even my name is now a registered trademark of Donald Trump.

Unless the gals gave you permission in writing, I'm
99% sure you do not have a clear copywrite to the
images. The models can sue you and the BEA for publishing
the images without their permission.

Are there any legal eagles out there who can judge
the risks?

This issue probably needs to be specified in the forum
rules. The best policy is: ask first and post later
if you're not sure rather than make a Mod correct you.

Scotchman is right on the money. Only celebs can be photographed legally without a model release. They are considered "newsworthy" (if shot in public)and outside the realm of US photocopyright law.
Palomine should be up on this, right?

We've discussed this matter a *lot* (in another forum - the Off-Topic one, I believe), and I'm not going to repeat it here.

If you had to get a release for every person who appeared in a photograph, no one would ever take pictures of street scenes, stadium crowds, etc. You're not using the pics for profit, and the people are in a public place where the expectation of privacy is much less.

Go ahead and post the pics in the Users Gallery (that's what it's for) and add a comment referring people to this thread for more.

sometimes we jump folks that are in the clear.

There is no legal requirement to get release for a candid. some may recommend it, but its not manditory.

If its in a public place (can be private property, but open to the public) and its not incriminating somehow, your pretty safe.  Also if its newsworthy and informative its safe.  (like notice this, she has big tits)  Lastly and its big, If its not for comercial gain its safe.

Iv been photographed by alot bigger places than the BEA and have never signed a release and the photos have been publish for alot people to see.  (magazines and newspapers)
