Actually, I don't even notice a difference in her nose.  Her boobs do look much smaller though, that's for sure.

Anya, did have a nose job and her boobs are smaller.  She did NOT have a reduction.  It is simply because she wants lose weight.  So far she has lost like 7 kgs (although I thought she was slim enough to begin with).  Her goal is to lose enough weight so that her boobs are a G cup.  I guarantee you if she put the weight back on her boobs would return to their "normal" size.
