I guess she simply wants to relax a little bit. 

I know it shouldn’t by now, but seeing a photo like this always gives me a jolt. I get that they all do some stuff like this (to a greater or lesser extent), but it always catches me off-guard. I admire this lady so much - she oozes sexuality and has an incredible figure - I just often wonder what prompts them to take it to this level. I guess I’ll never know - and, I am definitely not one to criticise a woman for doing whatever the hell she likes with her body - but I’m assuming that’s a photo she’s consented to of her inserting a vibrator where I think she’s inserting it?

Don't forget that she is getting paid/compensated for the actions she is doing in front of the camera and she probably didn't object to the photographer's request.
