This has been in another thread. I couldn't locate it but as I recall this is sadly not a strip that leads to B.E.

I can't read the kanji, but from the looks on people's faces and that remote control, it looks like a story tealing with the bomb in 18's chest.  All the androids in DBZ came with chest bombs to ensure loyalty, not that it did any good, they still killed their creator.
