BE in Vampire: The Masquerade
« on: January 11, 2005, 01:33:34 AM »
As any of the Table-top RPG fans in this board may already know, the new Vampire: The Masqerade game was recently released for the PC. What you may NOT know, is that there's a code in the game to make your breasts grow if your character is female as well as many of the hotter female NPC's. It's a little complex, so I'll walk you guys through it.

IMPORTANT: BACKUP YOUR GAME SAVES BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS! YOU CAN SERIOUSLY CORRUPT YOUR GAME IF YOU DO THIS INCORRECTLY!

1) Open the start menu on your desktop and locate the shortcut for the game.

2) Right-click on the shortcut and select properties.   Example A

3) Click the Shortcut tab.

4) Type " -console" at the very end of the Target text box (without the quotes).  Example B

Now the fun can begin!

5) Either start a new game or load an old game.

6) In either the gameplay-screen or the pause-menu, hit the tilde (~) key on your keyboard and the console will pop up.  Example C

7) On the console screen, type "money [number]" (Numbers like 1.3, 1.5 or 2). Hit the tilde (~) key again to close the console window.

8) Watch as the already busty girls of this game grow even bigger. For example, here is the same girl from Example C after I entered  money 1.3 and here she is after I typed  money 1.5. You can continue to make her grow even bigger, but I've noticed that the graphics for the character models get somewhat funky after 2.5 or 3.

Many girls in this game have different reactions to this code. Some don't grow at all, some develop "pointy-boob-syndrome", some of the girls boobs mash together into a single "super-boob". Some react wonderfully and you can continue to blow them up until their tits fill the room (Namely the characters Heather and Jeanette).

The console can be used for other things too, like boosting your stats, giving you items & blood and activating God-Mode.

Enjoy!

Beyond good breast renderings, would you guys recommend this game? I was really pumped about it til it got kind of low reviews, like 7.5/10. I liked the first pc vampire game.

If your a fan of the old pen and paper roleplaying game, then yes by all means, you'll love it. The game is chockful of familiar faces like Smiling Jack and Beckett. The game designers put a lot of effort into making the game a different experience depending on the clan you choose to play (My Malkavian character spent five minutes of the game  having a conversation with a Stop sign and the television is always accusing me of being a cold-blooded murderer. For that alone, it's worth it).

The low reviews were due to the bugginess of the first release, the choppy low framerate in the hub areas and the combat can be tedious at times, but this game is mostly about roleplaying anyway. Unfortunately, Troika tends to sell their games unfinished. So, for the best game experience, you should download and install the official version 1.2 patch before playing.

Otherwise, this game is a blast to play.

hey EvilSandwich or Boobrepli is the BE instantaneous or can you actually see the BE happen gradually until they reach the size?

Oh man, I have GOT to get this game now.  I was debating about getting it when it first came out, but this definitely settles it.  I'll have to update my system first though; as things stand now, I don't think I have the hardware needed to run it.

I thought the game was a mixed bag - 7ish is about right for it really. It's pretty decent but then things like the terrible combat system and the bugs and the loading times and the fact that it manages to go incredibly slowly at times.

If you're a Vampire fan, then yes - it's pretty cool and if you're a fan of rpgs that offer you plenty of alternatives (a fair few of the quests can be completed through stealth, action or social interaction) it's a good laugh. If you're someone that thought Diablo 2 was the be all and end all of RPGs, forget it.

Not to mention that the ending(s) are all a bit anticlimatic but yes, still on the whole a positive gaming experience. Plus the boobies.

I know this thread is for the most part dead, but I felt this little tid-bit should be posted here, if not for the sake of departing more information to you guys in the forum. I know a little about programming in source and have made an alias using some of the functions availible in it to create a "growing" effect. To do this, enter the console and type:
alias -alias name, I chose boobs- "incermentvar money 1 -whatever end result size you want- -whatever increment you want, i chose 0.2-"
then:
bind -button- "-alias name-"
then you can mash the button multiple times and it causes the breasts to inflate. For added fun, choose a female malkavian (the crazy type) and try it out on her in the beginning outfit. A good button to bind this to would be the mouse wheel, since you can rotate it fast or slow depending on your preference, but this will overright your scrolling function, also, if you guys/gals want, I can write a script that will make the girls chests inflate when you mouse scroll up and deflate when you mouse scroll down, just thought I'd put that out there. Anyways, enjoy, I know I do.
Live to win, 'til you die.

Is this the game like from a good while ago, ie 2001? If its the same one, I remember it had promise - but I recall that the enemy AI was incredibly stupid. They would stand there looking dumb until you entered an aggro zone, which meant that you could dump fire type spells on them from a considerable distance away. I also recall with skills being able to buy stuff from the shopkeeper for less then I could sell it back to him for, meaning that you could circulate an item through as an exploit until you had uber cash. It was a good game that needed some tweaking and would have been much better. I liked the concept, just a little cheap in the delivery. I remember getting a free Ann Rice novel with the game, if its the same one.

Cheers for the extra note Nurova2, i'll try that. But to answer your query Calanen, no, it's not that one you're thinking of. The one you're thinking of is "Vampire: The Masquerade" the original computer game but this current version runs on the licensed engine of Halflife 2 (Source?) and was released 4th quarter of last year; only dif' is the 'Bloodlines' bit (VTM:Bloodlines).

It's a mix of FPS (first person shooter) and RPG (roleplaying game); good in my book but there 'are' bugs and just plain lack of development in the game. Unfortunately Troika (the game developer) went under a few months or so ago, so the game's no longer supported, only had 1 patch and it was gameplay related rather than technical. Wait until it becomes budget then buy it if you're into that sort of thing, i mean hey, you get to play a vampire.

Okay, so the command line would look something like this?

alias growth incermentvar money 1 3 0.2

then:
bind [button] growth

?
