I'm no doctor but the above is pure medical nonsense. The bulk of the female mammary glands we love and admire is adipose tissue, or more plainly, fat.
The idea, again, that large breasts produce more milk due to "abnormal development of the milk glands" is also absurd.
This woman is exceptional, particularly for a woman of Asian descent, and her massive breast development is a joy for Breast Men everywhere, but let's keep the facts straight.
I love enormous breasts, particularly when engorged with milk, but again breast size has nothing to do with an "unusual amount of milk ducts".

This woman is unreal. She must be the biggest natural Asian woman of all-time. Unlike the idols, we are actually seeing her topless; and unlike my perfect woman Minka, she doesn't seem to have any surgical intervention to get to this enormous size.
