Maybe this has been discussed before but is Minka one of the longest running (if not the longest running super-boobers?

I can't think of anyone that size who has had their boobs for as long.

I think there are several more, like Casey James or Chessie Moore or Kayla Cleavage or Claudia Marie.
But I don't know who of them really had them for the longest time.

I am absolutely with you, some of them has aged well, others not so...
I believe Casey and Minka did a lot to stay fit, while the others gained some weight over the years. But that's what most people do over the years.
So to be prominent don't protect yourself from aging and what they did to their body in younger years will even more reflect when getting older.

Like Pandora Peaks or Tiffany Towers even with having their implants removed or reduced in volume they still look beautiful

When you are born beautiful and remain beautiful throughout your life, whether you have large breasts or not, you are great, nevertheless.  My opinion. 

My option is that life or beauty is like a curve on a chart (something like 1/x).
Some start at a beauty of 10/10 and others maybe "only" at 6/10 and going through the years let decrease this value, but how fast this go is to an amount in our own hand and remember beauty is always an individual value.

Or with other words:
Our body is like a tool allowing our mind to be mobile and doing things
and if it's used for what it's made and you take care about that tool, you will have long time good use and fun with it.
