She's 30+ (years old) now. For any normally developed women it's a period of active underskin fat accumulation (like a following of age biological reorganization of organism). For breasts implants on artificial fibre base it's a period of theirs considerable "growth". However, the situation like this can take place any time (and not only, then the woman is 30+) if the woman drinks a lot of beer, - or a medical solution (strong or weak) of brewer's yeast (or a mixture of brewer's yeast and of hop), used in cosmetic anti-age medicine.
The "growth" following the process of fat accumulation or of absorbtion of pointed above substances (also containing albumens, or albumens free) by human body is enough "weak" point of any implants on any string base (artificial poly-..., silk, gold, silver, platinum strings or medical fibers) and not of breasts implants only. However, especially for them the effect of "growth" (and of deformation) can be most considerable and visible (that's why strings were used in construction of these implants). Like a result - the women, having the implants of this kind, should need from time to time the realization of lifting and of breasts shape correction procedures or of different surgical operations. If no, theirs breasts will look impressive and attractive only in bras. Differently, they'll look like the deformated pieces of the meat, "attached" to the woman body.
Certainly, the process of growth of fat mass around implanted strings baskets is permanent (and like a result of it - the growth of "implanted" breasts), its rating is individual for every woman, and it can be slowed down (not totally stoped !) by periodical pumping out of fat and of lymphatic fluid, accumulating around strings. This is the case of Minka, who used this mode of correction to prevent the growth of her breasts during these last years (because of it, on her pictures, you can see small outline wrinkles around implanted strings baskets,- they normally should disappear 3-4 months after implantation, following the "growth" of implant and of streatch of breasts skin). However, all these "pumpings out" have limits of theirs effectiveness, as also this latest has a natural age limit (this is the result of "extended" breasts biomass growth around strings). Later - or the woman accepts the natural growth of her artificial breasts or she removes the strings implants (if it's possible).

30+ also means 40+, 50+, etc. I don't wanna discuss her age here - it was not an objective of my previous message.

hmmmm ... usually when I see something like 30+ the + notation means the number in the ones position can vary ... the exception is if other choices are given first like:
18-21
22-25
26-30
30+

least that's my interpritation .... course my bro-in-law has been saying all last week work has been exasperating .. when he thought it ment exhausting ... so different things mean different things to different people ...

Here we speak about women. After 30 y.o. they all are 30+, that usually means in different countries "young (or enough young) women" - because we don't wont unsult them.  The age is not a strong point of any woman - that's why they don't have a habit to manifest it.
