I think Lacey's natural size is 32C or 34C since she's not that tall. There have been couple of shots of her during the end of Party of Five where it looks like she may have ballooned to a D-cup, but she was probably on her period when those episodes were being filmed.
It's hard to tell at times because she looked like she's overflowing for the premieres of American Outlaw and the One Seven nightclub, but maybe the tight tops and a really good bra that lifts and squeezes made her cans appear larger than they are.
It's funny because my favorite pics of her is with a smaller pair. I absolutely love the PO5 cap where her perky little nipples are poking through her shirt. The Vanity Fair collage where she's wearing that black micro-mini and showing a lot of cleavage and leg ranks right up there also. She can tie me to the bedposts anytime if she's gonna show that much flesh!
