I can't recall my first such film, but I happened to watch Big Boob Bikini Bash the other day, and it's still entertaining in it's way.

Not specifically a big boob film, but one of the earlier hardcore movies I remember seeing is "The A-Team" which of course featured a lot of anal sex. Hard to remember as it was a number of years ago but I think the first big tit porn movie I ever saw was one called Big Tit Orgy that featured some of the best big titters of the '80s, including Lotta Topp, Nikki King, Trinity Loren, Cajun Queen and Twin Towers.
