Now we're getting OT, but...
Here, here. I, too, understand the mods have a tough job, but I wish they'd try to a) remain polite when notifying a user that they've broken a rule, and b) say what rule was broken. There are so many of them now, it can be tough to know.
(while I'm venting, I'm pretty sick of people pointing users to the search function when they start a thread that has already been covered. Ever try the search function? This is an amazing site, but the search function is not its best feature. I'd say 90% of the time it doesn't find what I'm looking for.) Vent over.

What rule did he break? I know this is a pain in the ass for you moderators, but it might cut down on your work in the long run if you include a brief explanation of what rule was broken as this serves as a friendly "reminder" to everyone, especially since people are much more inclined to read in here than in the rules list.
Honestly, as much as I post here I can't remember 3/4ths of the rules so having little reminders of them (especially the ones that are commonly broken, and I'm sure there are some of those) would be helpful.
