I can't put a name to the impressive tractor driver, but I'm 85% sure that photo is from or related to a photoset from a circa 1980's issue of Puritan magazine... I distinctly recall being impressed by her. It was her and another girl and a groundskeeper guy... after having her way with him, she rides off on the tractor, leaving him limp. Incidentally, Puritan was one of my earlier high-quality (sharp focus, decent production values) hard core magazine experiences... I remember it fondly.
