No, this isn't a gripe about this chat in particular .. but chats in general ...

I hate this ASL crap ... why the fuck do you private message someone you don't know anything about, and then expect them to tell you personal information about themselves ... without giving up something about yourself first????

I get this pleanty in YIM ... and I hang up on these people right away ..

tonight, I decided to check out the BEA chat ... and there were two other people there ... and they BOTH pulled this crap on me ... not to sound conceited .. but I'm surprised there are people who hang out here who don't know who I am ... the only assumption I can come up with is they don't hang out here ... so why would I want to talk to them ...

Anyway ... if you log onto chat and see either of these fuckwits and they ask ASL .. go curse em out for me ... personally I don't plan on going back anytime soon ...



Maybe we can make this into a game ... see who can come up with the most clever dressing down of a rumorfer ...

YASHOE sent me a PM saying he/she/it liked a big breasted model that I did, saying that they had lots of her DVD's, and wanted me to come into the chat.  All this in all caps.

I can't even get into the chat (don't have the software for Firefox and don't want to wait a day to download it), but, even if I could go there, I wouldn't because of the all caps thing.

Edit: I checked "his" profile here on the forum, looks like someone doesn't know how to take "his" finger of the fucking shift key.

Same here, i got like 4-5 PMs from him, i refuse to talk to a person who has zero posts, and asks about me when i have over 700 posts he can click on any of them or read my profile.

That's hilarious.

That Yashoe dude PMs me about once a month trying to get me into the chat. First time he did it I made him feel like he was invading Poland. Now I am not sorry I did that. That's too funny Munch.

But seriously I would not be surprised if someone found a way to sniff out the client IP address via that flash-based chat. Doesn't seem right someone sitting in that room for months on end asking people for their ASL.

Personally, I'd prefer it if they had an IRC chat but it would probably need a couple bots to keep it going.

So my big gripe about these ASLians ... besides the curtness of just typing ASL .. is what they are really asking is .. I'm a guy, Are you a female?  Cause I want to do you ...

See, if you answer male ... they hang up (unless they then ask for pics of girls) ... if you answer female (not that I have) ... you've screwed ... since they will bug you for ever minute detail of your existance ...

The only reason they ask for age and location is to make sure you aren't someone's grandma (although, knowing you have no teeth and gum, might turn them on) ... and to find out if you are stalkable ...

They are a BLIGHT to chatlines ... scaring off any decent women for the rest of us to oogle ...

So I declare war on ASLians ... the only way they'll learn to stop doing it is if enough people show them this is not acceptible internet behavior ... so go ahead and ream them ... ream them good (and post about it here) ... not just this chatline .. any chatline ...

For noobs who wonder why the spite ... if you want to know something about someone else ... offer something publically to them first ... put an investment in ... read the fucking posts in a forum you are lurking at ... get to know the members ... and use thoughtful dialog ... "Wow, I really liked your point of gravatronic wave functions as applied to Chelsea's breasts, but feel you failed to take into account the doppler effect when she gyrates during a lapdance" ... use a brain cell ... asking 'ASL' or 'do u hav pics' is not very thought provoking .. in fact it makes you look like a youngen ... this is a mature site ... be mature ... don't be an ASLian ...

I chatted with Yashoe and he ask for the ASL, and I being deaf explain that I never got into that because I went to public school. No wonder he thought I was messing with him. To me ASL means american sign language. The worse part he kept trying to have a private chat, and I dont care for the window keep popping up while I am sort of semi busy.

I usually answer the A.S.L. question with ....Old....Yes, but at my age I gotta be careful...In front of the computer.
