The Spanish word and its correct spelling is " Chingado "  which is slang in Mexico for something that is messed up, fucked up, whatever. The word " Chingadera " is closely related and it would be synonymous with thingamajig or such. Now here in the US, many people drop the d in " chingado " which makes it sound like chingow to American ears. Hope this lesson wasn't too boring.

Etymology aside, I simply hope we see more of this "Chingow" brunette... she's very appealing. :)
