That photo looks like it was taken during the AVN show of 2000. That was the glory years of the exhibit when the AVN show happened at the same time as the CES ( Consumer Electronic Show ) here in Vegas, the world's largest consumer electronics gathering and it piggybacked on it. You could get in for $15.00 at the Sands convention center, which is literally ten plus times larger than the Hard Rock convention center where it is now, and it was truly huge. But then the CES decided it no longer wished to be associated in any manner with the AVN and since money talks, the AVN is now about 10 days after the CES ends and it is a much smaller show.  Also, the Hard Rock convention center is relatively cramped compared to the Sands convention center. Ah, the good ol' days.

Yes, it was a SCORE magazine photo shoot circa 1998 I believe but while Ms Lomba is wearing a Soviet / Russian uniform hat, Busty Dusty was wearing a USMC ( United States Marines Corps ) uniform. She was on a yacht if I recollect correctly.
