Man...this is embarrassing but funny...

Ok, I read Rhinannon's threads and I saw how she was getting bashed. So I ( liking tattoos, dark hair, and everything Rhinannon has going on ) decided to e-mail her my support. We seemed to get along and I sent her pics of me so she could see how I looked.

Well, she thought I was pretty cool, and guess what? She gave me her number to call her! ( no, I'm NOT giving it out! Hell, she'll probably shoot me just for saying THAT!

)

Well...I sat and I waited. And I thought, if she is on-line, then she MUST be awake right? So I called her! But she didn't answer and I got her machine. I stuttered so damn bad she probably thinks I'm some fucking loser now, but damn, I couldn't help it!!!!!

I tried to be cool, but fuck the moment I heard the phone ring my mind went blank and I franticly tried to think of something to say! Jeez...what an embarassment!!!

Oh well...whatever. Maybe she will think I was...funny or something. God dammit, you have no idea how pathetic I feel right now. All the Heavy Metal shit went RIGHT out the window. I WAS A FUCKING NERVOUS WRECK!!!

*Sigh*

Well, I heard her voice on a video clip one time, and I am confident that was the same voice on the machine and I...er...made an ass out of myself. SHIT! Tomorrow will tell what she thought of it. Hopefully she will laugh and say it's OK.

Hey HM, that's really cool. Unfortunately, all the so-called bashing Rhi is getting isn't bashing at all! Some dudes aren't into that extreme look, or the scary stuff but still like her a lot.

She's not my cup of tea, per se, but I think she's got an awesome personality and I actualy liked chatting with her...and then she took a remark I made (completely in jest) to one of her admirers as an attack on herself.

See, that's an example of NOT bashing her where she took it that way. That's too bad. She seems a bit sensitive too, something that can ill be afforded when you set yourself up in public spectacle intentionally.

Good luck with your chat with Rhiannon, you rock, bro, and she'll see that even through the stuttering.

This reminds me of an old movie starring Albert Brooks. He has a line in it where he says, "Wouldn't it be great if insecurity and nervousness were attractive traits to the opposite sex?"

Don't worry about it, Rhiannon is just a lady, a very attractive one and famous one but still just a person. She knows that we all sometimes get tongue tied etc, I am sure she does herself at times.

Well, guys, I haven't had the chance to hear from her again yet. After all, she IS a busy lady.

I think the reason she gave me her number was because she saw that I can relate to her. You know the deal. We BOTH have tattoos, listen Metal music, have that "scary" image, etc, etc, etc.

It was probably reassuring to her to find another person with similar interests. Doesn't mean I'll get a date or anything, but Hell, having a "friend" like her wouldn't be so bad at all. But you MUST admit that Rniannon does have an "intimitating" look. Not in a BAD way, but a GOOD way. I mean, look at her eyes. She has that "piercing stare" that makes you weak in your knees, if you know what I mean.

Oh well, I wanted to wait but I got really excited about her talling me to call her and when I heard her voice it was like...

"Man, it REALLY is her! I uh...um...Heavy? HEAVY! Talk you idiot!!! Talk! ....oh man..."

Hmmm...oh well, I should feel lucky she even offered to talk to me.

I'll just e-mail her and see what she thought of it. If she's really a sweet heart deep down inside, I'm sure she will understand. After all, she IS considered a "**29**" and it's only natural that an "ordinary every day" guy such as myself would feel a bit...nervous.

Oh yeah, when it's some girl that you meet where you live it's MUCH different. But seriously, what do you think you would do if you met a woman like her in real life? I'll be honest and say I would be nervous to say the least. Sure, as I talk to her I'll be more relaxed, but the first meeting ( or calling, in my case ) WILL be awkward as Hell.

I'll let ya guys know what happens. I didn't want to say anything, but I often write my thoughts down as a way to stop thinking about them so much.
