It is probably against the terms of service of their billing company ccbill for them to steal your material and use them to process the credit cards.  Report the theft to ccbill, and see if they will stop them.  That would be less expensive than trying to take them to court.

The company appears to be in the UK, although I seriously doubt that as does the lawer I have contacted.
The server is in California and the site is US not UK registered.
About the best thing you can do if you notify them that you are aware they are using your material and they don't remove it is contact thier host provider (http://www.reliablehosting.com/) and threaten action.
So far they appear to have removed material when contacted about it.
That still does not make up for the $$ that honest people are out who either own the material or who thought they were buying High quality material instead of pirated, fuzzy crap.
