I went browsing and found a link a little further down to more pics, which as it turns out is a series portraying a nip slip.

It quickly became apparent that something's happened to her areolas.  Either she's had an areolar reduction (excellent chance of that) or a breast lift, or both.  Either that, or her surgeon made the implant incision around the upper aspect of the areolar perimeter, as opposed to the more common lower aspect.

Interesting, nonetheless.

They look like they might be "perfectly" round now, and smaller, at least compared to the larger surrounding breast area.  Some obvious scarring, women need to do more navel method implants.
