I created that gif but it was from a short clip I had that's a few years old. Unfortunately I don't know who those spectacular hangers are attached to since the clip doesn't show her face and there was no associated name, etc.

I have a feeling it may be Denise Davies, judging from both the size of the areola and the moles on either breast. Furthermore, this clip looks like it may have been taken from an overdevelopedamateurs.com film. Denise models for that site under the name DeeDee.
