3D render ID request...
« on: October 17, 2006, 10:26:31 AM »
Hello!
I'm really not sure i'm posting this onto the right section... Anyway, a friend of mine sent me this picture, which i totally fell for, and i don't know where it is from... My friend *thinks* it's from a bearchive gallery, but he's not sure at all, and i've made a short tour to look for, but i didn't find anything... So, if someone knows who is the creator of this girl... Thank a lot to tell me (and to tell me where to find or pay for other pics of her!)

Hi, talaff
I'm the artist. I made the model and a few renders just to show I could do fantasy themes as well.
I'm open for commissions - I sent you a personal message so you can contact me a little more private.
Greetings to Brussels from Hamburg...

Now, that's a compliment!
I must say it took me years to even start posing clothes. Mith all the additional magnets and waves I use they always tended to be blocky and such. Then, in my spare time, I   (*blush*) read that tutorial...
I'm not into traditional cloak & dagger fantasy - always preferred projectile weapons to knives & swords. But I really dislike bogey-eyed Lara (especially since they reduced her to a mere A-cup wonderbra), so I put that DAZ graveyard prop to use. The result is a Punk Girl series I'm presently at...

That is defiantly one of your better renders there traX, the clothing is just amazing, the pants look like leather etc..

Heh i'd love to see you do a rendition of the "new" tombraider lara. I wish they'd quit trying to make her smaller then an E cup. /sigh

Thanks for the compliments, Imaginos. It seems to have been a rare combination of an already good texture(Billy.com)and rather extreme lights.
I'm presently rookieing around with Poser 7 and Victoria 4, and it looks like one has to start all over again... see the example...

Nice, I can see what you mean about having to get used to stuff all over again. That is one of the things that always irked me about poser/models
