Status Report.

I'm alive.

Much news to follow, huge news infact.

Not been around for...what is it 5 weeks now? Crapfudge thats a long time.

In short, i was given 2 days to move out of my old home and the damned blasted internet provider hasn't sorted things out yet. They said it'll be sorted by next friday but for the love of zeus i could have done it myself by now! (And quite possibly formed an evil scheme with the electronics involved leading to....nevermind....)

Seeing as im here i've got a question; I have about 3 billion images to post from my recent adventures and im aware that i can't or to do so would take weeks with the 1-0-1-0-1-0 rule (looky i done did 42 in binary). So anyway the question, can i make one single giant image filled with images and text about my adventures and post it? It's one image and i forget if the 1111 rule is to save on server space or to prevent being sued to buggery....probably both.

Anyway, Hi im fine, see you in a week or two.

Oh and i got the package before i moved   but i'll yell and thank and squee about that later.

 Hi Miss C,

Glad to hear that you're alive and well. Easiest way to post a big collage pic (as a single image) is to just open a large/oversized blank graphic document in any painting app and then cut/paste all the other pics into it and save. You can then play with compression levels to get it under 144K or whatever the forum limit is. There's software to do this for you of course, but I can't suggest any for Windows... I and most others do it manually as described.

Nice to see you again!

PS: if they're your own images (i.e.: include "Copyright MissCheviouss") then you're not bound by the 1-1-1 rule regardless. Of course, non-BB/BE stuff is best suited for the OTF too. I'm sure many would like to hear about your adventures.

And, yes! You are unencumbered by the 1-1-1-1 rule if you are the Owner - just on or off topic matters.

Nothing wrong with Collages...course you could start a topic in offtopic called "the Misadventures of Mischevious" or something and just post them there chronicling your adventure as it were.
