The trouble is, the two aren't mutually exclusive. OT causes (mostly) water retention and increased fat solubility, causing the weight gain that you mentioned.
"Working out" enough to lose the fat (plus the diuretics required to lose the water) will also cause the loss of the extra breast mass. I am a typical example of that - as I got leaner, my puppies all but went away.
When I started retaining water from OT, rather than take mega loads of diuretics (can be pretty icky on the bod) I quit it and started getting the DepoProvera shot. It's a lot better in general for my body chemistry. It makes me feel like crap for about a day and a half, but after that it's 88 days of Naughty Time, any time!
