Who wants to be a Princess?
« on: September 25, 2001, 08:13:00 PM »
My faith in humanity has been restored!  If you didn't watch the TV show "Who wants to be a Princess?" you missed a good laugh.

The show started off with about 50 young ladies all trying to win a date with a real live Prince.  There was an evening gown competition, a quiz, a swimsuit competition, etc, etc, etc... All the while the secluded Prince was evaluating and grading each lady on her performance.  At the end of the competition there were just 5 ladies left.  The mystery Prince was introduced, he took a $40,000 necklace, which he was supposed to place around the winner's neck, and chose........

The girl with the biggest Tits!

Didn't they learn their lesson the last time? We'll find out in a couple weeks that the "prince" has two dozen wives, all of whom he beats... "OOOPS... thought we did a full background check..."

Either that or a looser who couldn't get his own date if his life depended on it, and simply went whining to Mom and Dad because he needed someone for his senior prom...
"Don't you dare call me irrational! You <i>know</i> that makes me <b>CRAZY!!</b>"

You're not far from wrong.  This guy was about 4' 11'' and had to stand on his tip toes to put the necklace on the "winning" girl.

Yeah, the prince looked a lot like Lord Farquaad in Shrek!

For good or bad, money and power can get a lot of stuff for you far in life. Maybe not true happiness or true love, but something synthetically similar.

And isn't that sort of what we're doing sitting around drawing and ogling over pictures and stories of girls instead getting out and talking to the real thing?

I dunno about you guys, but the older I get, the more I wonder if this true love and true happiness stuff is slightly over-rated. Maybe all people need to do to be happy is to change their perspective and to lower their expectations a little.

Just a few thoughts,

Leviathan

Whoa, ease up on the downers Leviathan. I for one am happily married, have a family and get to draw, morph, etc. pictures of pretty women. It just doesn't get any better than this!

True happiness is never overrated, Leviathan.
