I did a g(.)(.)gle photo search.  That lead me to another forum.  There it was stated that this is Carmella Bing.  Maybe it is, and then maybe it's not.  If it is then I would say it was morphed.

If that gif is morphed, it represents a staggering amount of skill and work. Is there any way to morph motion other than morphing each frame - and then coordinating each transition? Staggering.

That GIF has 64 frames, so you are right it would be staggering to work each frame.  It is not something that I would have the patience for.  

I didn't think that Carmella was that big, so I am thinking that it is a morph.  I don't know for sure.  

I think you are more of an expert on morphing than I am.  So I would very much value your opinion on the matter.

EDIT:  I take that back.  I just looked for her videos and she is that big.  WOW !
