I agree with my esteemed colleague burpman... that one pic is of Paula Ann Wood (aka Isabelle Duncan aka Smiler Murphy aka Berthe aka Malene aka...) who appeared in the pages of Penthouse during 1984 I think, as well as in many other places. To be fair, she does look more than a bit like Carmen aka Margaret Wallace, though (of course) Carmen's got those relatively rare and magnificent puffies.
