I know that I have seen this image before but just can't place her name!  

As far as I can remember, this shot was from a Playboy shoot - quite possibly a "Girls From ..."! I also believe that this image has also been morphed.

I'm just going to have to keep digging around ...

Those pics are from the 70s or early 80s.
