The name of this film is "Inspecteur LA BAVURE" (RENN PRODUCTIONS, 1980, France, by Claude Zidi).
During one of episodes of this film the main character (the police officer) is in train to manifest to his colleagues the presence of woman in his car, during the special operation. To do that, he inflates in his car an inflatable rubber doll.
However, the system of inflation regulation is down and the process of inflation becomes out of control,- one moment the breasts of this doll expand/inflate in enormous prportion. Finally this doll pops (very funny moment).
The colleagues of this officer make some interesting remarks viewing this process from the other car and thinking that there was a woman there:
- Look at it, - I was sure that she was a tiny girl !
- Did not you know that then the women are horny theirs breasts expand ?"
