^It would come down to what Beshine would choose to wear vs what she could wear. she could have things made that are very form fitting that would be feet first, pull up type dresses or tops. Remember, all her elastic bras have been pull up (no clasp) for years (in many picture sets, you see that she drops them down to remove them). In the 2011 to 2012 era when she was choosing to model such outfits (never really saw her wear them in public, but then, there were so very few pics in public) where neck halter tops and dresses covered very little because the part intended to be a shoulder area strap was now trying to hide her breasts, Beshine demonstrated repeatedly how outfits she clearly stepped into could fit so well around her waist/hips, and struggle to cover her breasts.
That said, Beshine has not worn that sort of clothing for years and I think she moved past that today. Now she wears like 4XL tops that cover her areola and sideboob completely, allowing her to blend in with the crowd and go virtually unnoticed. That last part may not be entirely true; coming, going, or just walking past, she cannot hide her enormous boobies (and I doubt she wants to).
