As I have said before, I think Hollywood really misses the ball by only casting big breast implant girls in particular roles like we saw with Pandora.  They really could add to any sitcom if the size of their breasts was essentially ignored by the girl, yet noted but left unsaid by the cast.  She could encounter 'huge boobie problems' cluelessly, leaving the rest of the cast shaking their heads in a once or twice an episode thing.  Beshine has talked a lot about how she knocks over drinks and things she couldn't see on the table /counter in front of her and it is this sort of thing that could add to comedic moments in my opinion.
While Beshine has no interest in the spotlight, I would bet many really big implant girls would love a regular role in a TV show.  Not the star, but just another character that brings something to the cast.

I have thought about this a hundred times and reread pages of this thread, coming to the conclusion that Beshine probably did want to mimic the models she mentioned as inspiring her to get 1000cc and then 3000cc expanders.  She was unsure if she would fill her 3000cc implants entirely, but said she wasn't interested in numbers, but would stop when she liked the size.  Somewhere along the way, boobie greed started to take hold and she must have quickly started looking for custom made expanders by the time she got to 3000cc.  I would love to hear how the conversation went down with her husband when she mentioned that she wanted implants so enormous that few realistically imagined possible.  But when she was a almost flat A cup or started this thread, I seriously doubt she had expectations beyond the 2500-3000cc models she named.

I bet there are a lot more different reasons or fetishes out there that causes people to go for breast implants and in case for expanders going bigger beyond they had first in mind. Sure going bigger with expanders is much easier than always changing the implants and having big scars.
One reason can be the trigger from outside, like wanting to attract others or enjoy the attention they get or maybe having a battle for whom is bigger (maybe between friends or strangers) or making it a business model and so a lot women have in mind growing business or follower will need growing breasts.

So then there might be the trigger from within the person for her own satisfaction, like you said they don't need any other person.
This could be the simple way of clothing, like how dresses will be filled out or the fabric that moves on the filled breast skin or the dealing of the weight/size.
But also for the growing joy, like when they have their fill up and the pressure is built up inside the implant creating slightly tension on the skin.
In several fill up videos we can see the change in face expression.
This feeling last only for the time the skin is stretched and to achieve this feeling again, they need another filling.
Sure this could be like a drug and some models used to have to much or to often fill ups and risk their health.

While Beshine continues to post a picture daily and offer a video every other day, I noticed a few departures from what has been normal.  She has not commented on a few pictures recently as she always had and the videos have not only gotten a bit shorter in average length, her description of them certainly has.  While Beshine is probably making videos based on what sells or what she thinks fans want, IMHO, this lacks diversity and with a little imagination, she has so much to offer.  When you look at a picture like she posted yesterday, beyond thinking I bet each breast weighs as much as her entire torso from neck to waist, one might wonder, with boobs twice the width of her body and extending well past her elbows when she reaches forward, how many "massive boobie adventures" does she experience daily.  She must know there is a demand there because those videos are usually at least twice as long and marked up a bit.
