best solution I can offer anyone is this:
Get a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet for $100
 It comes with a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 (worth $100 alone) plus Corel Painter Essentials.

Open photo in Photoshop Elements. Select breast area carefully with lasso tool. (This in sooo much easier with a drawing tablet!!) Put the breast area on another layer (hit ctrl+J on PC).
Go to filter>distort>liquify...and have fun!!

P.s. of course you will have a bit of a learning curve to display your layer pallettes and so forth,,, i don't have time to explain all that, but it's not that big a deal

Used gimp like once maybe, but I'm sure its analogous to PShop.

Try my tutorial link in my signature, the actual tools may vary, but the basic concepts are universal.

You know, given that Photoshop isn't available on Linux yet (last I checked).  

I'm looking forward to the next release of the Gimp.  Seems there are some much-wanted features which will be due out then.

I've been trying to find some kind of Gimp photomanip tutorial I could use to apply the basics to morphing. I'd be behind a Gimp-specific morph how-to.

Took me awhile to figure out. It has some new feature such as warp and liquidfy.

I was able to do this with GIMP.

I did this with Gimp.  I tried to make a breast shadow.  But it still seems off some how.  I don;t know.

well maybe the shadows goes a bit below it shopuld go Magiciano, but besides that i'm impressed i mean GIMP is free software and sill you were able to do so
