best solution I can offer anyone is this:
Get a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet for $100
It comes with a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 (worth $100 alone) plus Corel Painter Essentials.
Open photo in Photoshop Elements. Select breast area carefully with lasso tool. (This in sooo much easier with a drawing tablet!!) Put the breast area on another layer (hit ctrl+J on PC).
Go to filter>distort>liquify...and have fun!!
P.s. of course you will have a bit of a learning curve to display your layer pallettes and so forth,,, i don't have time to explain all that, but it's not that big a deal
