That's a good idea, but at a minimum you have to have a "natural/implanted" spearation.
Why bother? With such a subjective question, you're going to have as many different opinions as people who respond. Isn't this just another way of asking "who's your favorite?"
What's "best looking" referring to, anyway? Are we supposed to be taking the pool of women who have breasts exceeding some pre-determined cup size, then disregarding their bodies and judging them on their faces? Is it a best tits contest? Or is there magic formula we used to spit out a name after plugging in subjective ratings for various features and body parts?
My list of candidates would include, in no particular order, and from the height of their beauty: Miriam Gonzalez, Anita Ekberg, Miyabi Isshiki, Chloe Vevrier, Madeline Smith, Cynthia Myers and Joan Brinkman. Whether any or all of them qualify as "big titters" I dunno, but to me, those women packaged the best combination of face and figure I ever saw. But that's just personal preference.
