People use what works for them, until what works for them fail. Most people take a long time to figure out what is working.
The loud obnoxious one were probably very hot when they start out in life and social skills weren't needed much if you got the looks.
I used to be very skinny and joke about how I was going to rip you in half if you didn't watch what you say about me, and then I gain 20 pound in three month lifting weights. But I was still joking, like I was that skinny kid that I used to be. That wasn't working anymore and I scared a co-worker, that he broke down and cry at work. (and it wasn't my idea, long story).
The point is how you look can effect how you behave, and the loud mouth obnoxious one could get away with it, if they had a killer body and face.
I saw Helen Mirren on the Conan show, and she promoting her new book. Sound like I want to read it. She still has the look. She look better when she is not playing a part, she can clean up!
