I'd imagine you would make a companion site similar to one such as the TaylorMade website (where you select videos from a descriptive list and pay for a download).

It's not very high-tech, but it might be do-able (depending on the types of control you want on your downloadable content).

I don't presume to judge or to inform you on a business model, but I just wanted to throw that option out there. For now, I would be a fan who could utilize a "pay-per-download" system more effectively than a "subscription" service, primarily because I want to control my discretionary expenditures very strictly and pay only for what I download/use.
