My understanding of what the term "cougar" meant was it referred to an attractive older single or divorced woman who "stalked" young guys for the purpose of bedding them for a night or two. And beyond those sexual romps a cougar has little desire to engage in a longer relationship with her "prey". So the quintessential cougar which has ever been depicted must be Kim Crattral's character Samantha Jones from Sex and the City who once quipped regarding all the sexual partners she had, "Fuck me badly once, shame on you. Fuck me badly twice, shame on me." ::)

Now beyond that I have to say Z unless I'm missing something in that last pic you posted, it seems to me the subjects shown are the total opposite of a lady cougar with her cub. ??? :-\

Penny must have  the most natural looking implants ever.   The only other one that compares is Wifey.   Maybe implants get more natural looking with age.   Nah,   Minka and others still look totally fake.
