Historical or traditional use (may or may not be supported by scientific studies): A wide range of uses were found for fenugreek in ancient times. Medicinally it was used for the treatment of wounds, abscesses, arthritis, bronchitis, and digestive problems. Traditional Chinese herbalists used it for kidney problems and conditions affecting the male reproductive tract.1 Fenugreek was, and remains, a food and a spice commonly eaten in many parts of the world.

Active constituents: Fenugreek seeds contain alkaloids (mainly trigonelline) and protein high in lysine and L-tryptophan. Its steroidal saponins (diosgenin, yamogenin, tigogenin, and neotigogenin) and mucilaginous fiber are thought to account for many of the beneficial effects of fenugreek. The steroidal saponins are thought to inhibit cholesterol absorption and synthesis,2 while the fiber may help lower blood sugar levels.3 One human study found that fenugreek can help lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels in people with moderate atherosclerosis and non-insulin-dependent (type 2) diabetes.4 Preliminary and double-blind trials have found that fenugreek helps improve blood sugar control in patients with insulin-dependent (type 1) and non-insulin-dependent (type 2) diabetes.5 6 7 Double-blind trials have shown that fenugreek lowers elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood,8 9 This has also been found in a controlled clinical trial with diabetic patients with elevated cholesterol.10 Generally, fenugreek does not lower HDL (“good”) cholesterol levels.

I've no if clue if the Fenugreek is working in your fiance's case, but your anecdote reminds me that a shirt will fit a big-busted woman differently when she's in different bras.  This I know for fact.  An ex-g/f of mine was a D-cup-she wore 34D bras--and for Christmas one year I got her a casual top she'd been eyeing for a long time, and had in fact tried on in the store.  Yes, I remembered to get her the right size.  Well, when she went to try it on, she must have been wearing one of her Miracle Bras, and there was no way that top was going to come close to fitting her.  There was at least an inch and a half or two inches of space between the button and button hole right over the fullest part of her bust.  We couldn't figure it out.  She didn't like it much when I suggested she was now a DD.  Later, she tells me that it fit perfectly when she wore one of her regular bras.

So the moral of the story is, just because clothes fit differently over time doesn't necessarily mean YOU are changing.  It just nmeans you need a different bra.

Uh, the same bras she has now are starting to look a little overfilled.  And I can definatly tell a difference now.  More in my hands than there used to be.

Not referring to the fact that we cannot put pictures up of the lovely Nadine (and let's face it, there is no need, as pictures of Nadine are everywhere on the net - Hurrah!).

I am referring to the fact that the latest pictures of Nadine I have seen (her gozo pics) show that she has lost a bit a weight, and is looking somewhat slimmer, but the best part is, her boobs are still as huge and awesome looking.

Nadine is an amazing model, and one of those rare entities. Photograph Nadine Jansen doing anything, and she looks sexy. Nadine looking through photographs, doing her laundry, walking, etc. And get her topless and whatever she does looks sexy. Most models have to be in the right clothes, have the right look, be in an exotic location to look hot, but as I say, Nadine can be doing anything, anywhere and she looks hot.

I agree -- Yulia all the way.  I know Lindsey is a huge favorite among the folks here, but I've never really liked her.  Her figure is fine, sure, but with those tattoos and just (IMO) her 'look,' it just puts me off too much.
