My wife has got implants since 30 years. Now, all of a sudden, I hear that "modern" ones have to be replaced after 15 years or so.
Though she got checked regularly at the mammography, being difficult enough with old style implants, the implants themselves have never been checked by a spacialist - which, again, I hear is "irresponsible".
I don´t mind to have them replaced by bigger ones
but at this age you shy away from any further operation.
Anybody got some solid information on this? Melanie? Busty Kathi? Any others?
