I don't know whether this helps, but Nord brand stoves aren't sold in the U.S. any more. Is the picture from a picture-storage site? Some of the on-line storage sites have limited but traceable information.

It's definitely Ukrainian brand and most likely it's Ukrainian kitchen. Or may be Russian.
