I wish we could see some kind, any kind of recent photos of Hannah.  It is my guess she got married, and probably a baby has followed not too long after.  Her body transformation should be interesting.

I don't understand.  What evidence do you have that she has "surfaced again"?  

The photograph you posted has been online since at least  21 March 2013 (it may even be older).   What would that photograph reveal about her "disappearance"?

I find nothing to indicate that she will be making new videos for any of her former channels.  In fact I find just the opposite.  She got married per her posting 14May2014 (Mrs Steve Fox Osterhagen) (Marriage date 13May2014 per her father's posting on 13May2014).  She is now a  stay at home mom.  She has made no indication of returning to reactivate any of her video channels.
