Welcome to my "neighborhood" (you'll only be 100 miles away from me).  

Unfortunately I don't have much to offer as advice except Minneapolis' Red Light district is downtown on Hennepin Ave. near the Excel Energy Stadium (big dome north of downtown area). Like most large cities, I don't recommend walking alone at night in that area, but it may be safer than many cities on either coast tend to be. Otherwise, the class acts are probably in the phone book and probably anywhere except downtown. A car is almost essential in the Twin Cities. Everything is spread out since there are few obstacles to prevent sprawl (no mountains, oceans, etc).

Sorry if that's no help.  

Oh yeah! Look for or ask about the weekly called City Pages. I think that has ads and info about current events and activities in the Twin Cities area.

Minneapolis!  Only 60 miles from me!  I don't have too many suggestions of where to go however.  I'm going to murder the spelling of this, but the De Jha Vu is not a bad place.  It's on Washington Ave. in St.Paul I think.  Haven't been there in about 5 years though.  Went there one time and saw a poster saying that Heather Hooters was supposed to be there that night, but she was not.  I've had a dance from one fairly busty one there though.  If you happen to go there, let me know how the current employees are, I could make a return visit!  No alcohol there though, but fully nude.  They don't mind if you are bombed when you get there as long as you can stand though!

And yes, it is true, Chelsea hails from a town called Le Seur which about 25 miles from downtown.
