Drink water. Lotssa water. One quart per fifty pounds of weight. That always had one of two effects on me: Either I went right to **82** and woke up refreshed and ready to pee, or I puked for an hour and felt much better after.

Yeah, this works pretty well, drink a lot of water (ideally 0,5 l or more) before going to bed. Hangover is caused by (among other things) a dehydration of the organism, so this will help.

I know a girl who swears by the ibuprofen before bed to lighten the morning blow. It only works if you're not too **92** to remember to do so (haven't succeeded).

Quit being a pansy and suck it up. I can't even recall how many times I've managed to come into work hungover (or worse, **92**). Eat some food, drink some fluids (particularity OJ which contains Thaimin and folic acid which booze depletes), take a couple Aspirin and roll with it.
