What's the deal with her left nipple?

Mod edit: safe to assume it's just the usual scarring from where the implant was inserted. Since the cut is often made right at the edge of the areola in an attempt to minimize the scar, how it heals can affect the overall shape and appearance of the areola itself from what I've seen. -Palomiine
