Amen brother!  Everyone has their favorites.  Unfortunately for me, mine change about everyday.

LA Bust definitely has implants, as the picture shows.  Notice the scar slightly below the breast crease.  This is the only photo I have of her showing any such scar, but I've seen others in magazines.

I think a good boob job starts out with good looking boobs that are slightly saggy, and the implants aren't oversized.

Well, that's really weird, 'cause I have just been looking at the vidclip I was referring to above and I can't see a scar like that on her breasts. I can see what looks like the natural crease, but nothing like that pic shows. My wife wears a 42DDD bra so I know how large naturals move, although I claim no expertise in spotting a well done implant job. I may go back and study the clip some more . . . and as I said, I'll post it later. When she gives 'em a quick couple squeezes, there's no hint of any foreign mass inside, perhaps because as you say, they were sized correctly and/or under the muscle. If that's the case, I'm appalled at all the lousy implant jobs out there.

I have (or had at one time!) an interview with LA where she admits to having HAD implants.  This was about a year after she "retired", had them removed and reduced her breasts to a tight little C cup (before you ask, there were clothed pictures only).  I'll try and find the magazine with that article.

Couldn't that "scar" simply be an abrasion/irritation from a bra underwire?

I'm prepared to stand corrected, but the idea that she had them in and then out (leaving a scar) is worth exploring. They just don't look that implanted.

That's the trick - I think you have to have a "hands on" experience to pick out the well done jobs.   I don't think they  can be spotted from pics or videos.  Bad ones can easily, but no shame in having problems picking out a well done set.

Problem is that any hack can get his degree and become a plastic surgeon.  It is easier than you'd think it should be.  The good ones have a concept of what a woman's body looks like, not what it "should" look like.  I'm lucky enough to know at least one doc who does excellent work ( I've seen and "held" some of it ) - so when I find that young, attractive woman who wants big boobs ( and me ), I know exactly where to take her.

Yes, she had implants, but what mekes her different from other implanted girls is that she had a lot of natural tissue to cover them. When a small chested woman gets big implants she barely has enough skin and fat tissue to cover the implants, her skin gets tense and they don´t look natural. But if a bigger chested woman gets them she has more chances of looking natural, specially if she gets  middle sized implants. La Bust´s incisions are on her breast crease and they don´t get noticed because her boobs have a really natural hanging look.

I appreciate all shapes and sizes of women; I like big breasts implanted or not, but I'll always prefer a nice set of natural 36DDs to an implanted set of 44EEs. Just my personal preference.

A question on creases....
« Reply #24 on: March 22, 2003, 07:34:24 PM »
Erm, what exactly is the "crease" of a breast?

And, Lesbian Bob, when you're referring to the scar at the crease, are you referring to that weird "line" on the inside of the breast that is NOT being squeezed in the picture on display above?

Just want to make sure I'm looking where I should be.

In any case, if they are implants, an impressive job.  Again though, *if* they are, I'd imagine they're silicone, which seems to generally look and squeeze better than saline implants.  At least from what I've seen/ogled...

And if they're natural, they're deliciously firm for naturals, though still quite believeable as such.

Stumbleshoe, what doctor is that that you refer to?  Does he have a website and before/after pics showing his work?

EDIT: and, um, any pics of Victoria Paris?  I'm wondering exactly what this "double stage" thing looked like...  thanks!

Just a local doc here - no website.  I've dated no less than three of his clients and seen many others at the local strip clubs.  He does nice work and has an eye for it.

I may not be using the proper medical term when referring to hooters, but the crease I'm referring to is the place where the breast meets the chest on the bottom.  I wish that mark was just from her bra, but I'm afraid it's a scar from surgery.

There was once a 20/20 story about doctors who performed plastic surgery and how bad some of their credentials were.  Many weren't even surgeons -- one was even a psychiatrist, another a dentist, and the "board" certification they got was from a phoney board.

I'd love to post some pics of Victoria Paris illustrating my point (and also how pretty she is), but I don't have a web page to post them on.  Anybody have suggestions on how best to set this up?

You could start a Yahoo group, they're free.

If you do, please post the large pictures in Files rather than Photos (the Photos section shrinks them to 30K or so).

And if you do....  please let us know when you're done!  Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm already a member.  It will probably take a while, but I'll give the group link as soon as I can.
