Here is an distribution map that came out of the research into the British Isles and their reported larger than average busts.

Unfortunately it was a survey based report asking how "busty" an area was. The only intriguing aspect was there were so many responses and over a large area (except for Northern Ireland?) So the map is a relativistic busty map.
Amongst the already chesty this is where they are even more busty.

I wonder if any of our British BEA members could confirm.
