Cup size is not simply all about the SIZE of the breasts, as I think I have seen written before, it is more about a ratio of the size of the breasts and the measurement around the ribs under the bust. So this means that a woman with 44D has more bust volume than a woman with 34FF. You'll see it a million times anyway on various sites with incorrect bust sizes, I mean look at Nadine. No way is she a EE!
